CS Pulling Promotions was founded by Chase Steinman with a simple mission: bring world-class truck and tractor pulling events to the fairs and communities of Western Pennsylvania and Northeast Ohio.
What started as a passion project has grown into one of the region's most respected sanctioning and event production organizations, producing and co-sanctioning events at six partner fairs each season. From tech inspection to fireworks, every detail is handled in-house by a team that lives and breathes the sport.

Brad Nogee
Director of Event Coordination & Venue Relations
Brad manages all event logistics, venue partnerships, and scheduling across the full CS Pulling season.
Ashley Stebbins
